We are bringing to the market a HID 50W boost kit for the original D2 type 35W / 85V nominal Xenon systems. The kit consists of two revolutionary new 35/50W ballast units and two separate pulse starter units. The ballast+starter systems themselves are very compact units measuring only Lenght80mm x Width55mm x Height24mm (BALLAST) / Lenght53mm x Width47mm x Height25mm (STARTER UNIT).

The new revolutionary 35/50W boost ballast design is capable of producing 5200-5700lm from a single high quality D2 type burner (for example: Philips D2S / Philips D2R, Philips MPXL-DL35, MPXL-DL50, MPXL-RP50, GE Xensation and Osram D2S / D2R, HTI S 35 / 12).

We will also (after adequate in-house testing) later be bringing out our Xenon HID conversions utilizing 50W boost possibility and featuring 5200lm output!

The unit fits all original Xenon D2 type HID applications (see the ballast type example list from our orderform ) in vehicles from 1996 onwards up to todays 2004 Bi-xenon and Xenon HID automotive xenon systems.
